To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid bank card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until checkout is completed.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa and MasterCard banking, E-Wallet or Online Transfer. You confirm that the bank card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the card owner to use it. We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed using Billplz, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment. We will also take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. Vouchers & Gift Card
Vouchers and gift cards provided to you are non-transferable. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
Delivery
We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours on working days after payment is received. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Terms and Conditions for FEM HEALTH Affiliate Program
Thank you for your interest in joining the FEM HEALTH Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before applying.
1. Enrolment in the Program
1.1 To enrol in the Affiliate Program, you must submit a complete application via our website www.thefemhealth.com
1.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
1.3 As a condition of enrolment, you must purchase at least one product from FEM HEALTH. This requirement ensures that you have personally tried the product before promoting it.
1.4 Once approved, and after the product purchase is confirmed, you will receive a unique affiliate link and a coupon code. to track sales.
1.5 Customers must click on your affiliate link and use the provided coupon code at checkout to receive a 10% discount on their purchase.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 You agree to promote FEM HEALTH products in a lawful and ethical manner.
2.2 Affiliates must not engage in any misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about the product.
2.3 Any promotional methods must comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations.
2.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate link is properly formatted and shared to track referrals and apply discounts.
3. Commissions
3.1 Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on the sale of FEM HEALTH products referred through their affiliate link.
3.2 Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided the total commission earned is above RM300.
3.3 If commissions do not meet the minimum payout amount of RM300, they will be rolled over to the next payout period.
3.4 Commissions will not be paid on returned or refunded orders.
3.5 If a customer makes a repeat purchase using your affiliate link, you will continue to earn commissions on those repeat purchases.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payments will be made via bank transfer to the payment details provided by the affiliate.
4.2 Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
4.3 FEM HEALTH is not responsible for any payment errors due to incorrect payment information provided by the affiliate.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1 Affiliates are prohibited from using their affiliate link for self-purchases.
5.2 Affiliates must not use spam, unsolicited emails, or other deceptive methods to promote FEM HEALTH products.
5.3 Any violation of these prohibited activities will result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
6. Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the other party.
6.2 Upon termination, you will immediately cease using our brand name, trademarks, and other promotional materials.
6.3 Any outstanding commissions will be paid out according to the payment terms outlined above.
7. Modification of Terms
7.1 FEM HEALTH reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 FEM HEALTH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Affiliate Program.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law’s provisions.
