General Policy
  • All Sales are Final.
  • No cash refunds on defective items. Exchange only for damaged or broken items.
  • No refunds for items that are unsuitable, do not match, or in cases of change of mind.
  • All sale and promotional-priced items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Customers can request a replacement for damaged, wrong, or faulty items within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. No refunds or cancellations will be entertained.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact us immediately using the contact form on our website, email us at customerservice@thefemhealth.com, or WhatsApp us at +(60)10 – 211 1279.
  • Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • No refunds are available. Exchanges only, to prevent worn items from being returned for a refund.
  • Customers can request a replacement with the same item.
  • Send us a picture of the faulty or damaged item. Upon receiving the item, an inspection will be conducted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any replacement, exchange, or refund without prior notice.
