Shipment Policy
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping costs will be calculated upon check out. We use local express courier services for delivery. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email notification. Please note that if there is any inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed until all details are verified.

Track Your Order
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also view your tracking number by logging in to your account, selecting “Sign in”, and then “Order Tracking”.
