- No cash refunds on defective items. Exchange only for damaged or broken items.
- No refunds for items that are unsuitable, do not match, or in cases of change of mind.
- All sale and promotional-priced items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Customers can request a replacement for damaged, wrong, or faulty items within 24 hours of receipt.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. No refunds or cancellations will be entertained.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

- Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- No refunds are available. Exchanges only, to prevent worn items from being returned for a refund.
- Customers can request a replacement with the same item.
- Send us a picture of the faulty or damaged item. Upon receiving the item, an inspection will be conducted.
- We reserve the right to refuse any replacement, exchange, or refund without prior notice.
