Processing & Delivery Time
All orders require 1–2 business days for processing and packing before shipment.
Once your package is ready, it will be shipped via EasyParcel.
Estimated delivery time:
- West Malaysia:2-3 business days after dispatch
- East Malaysia:7–10 business days after dispatch
- Singapore:Around 7 working days after dispatch
Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
International deliveries may take longer due to customs or courier delays.
Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you.
If your parcel does not arrive within 7 business days (for Malaysia) or 14 business days (for Singapore) after dispatch, please contact us at customerservice@thefemhealth.com
Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, your destination country may impose import taxes or duties.
These charges are borne by the receiver and are not included in your order total.
Fem Health is not responsible for unpaid customs fees or packages returned due to customs issues.
Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Failure to Deliver
We are not responsible for parcels returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Absence of recipient at delivery
- Customs restrictions or delays
If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply for resending.
If no response is received within 48 hours after we contact you, we reserve the right to dispose of the returned parcel without refund.
Damaged Product During Delivery
If your items arrive damaged due to courier mishandling, please contact us at customerservice@femhealth.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
To process your claim, please provide:
- An unboxing video(if possible) showing the sealed parcel until the damaged item is revealed
- Photosof the damaged product and packaging (including the tracking number and bubble wrap)
We will assist you in filing a claim with EasyParcel and arrange for a replacement or refund if approved.
We cannot accept claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery.
Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
Cancellation:
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. We do not accept cancellations after payment.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of V-Spray, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases where:
- You received the wrong product, or
- The product was defective or damaged upon arrival
Please notify us within 14 days of purchase with proof (photo or video).
We will verify your claim and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Claims made after 14 days will not be eligible.
Lost Parcels:
If your parcel is lost, contact us immediately. We will investigate with EasyParcel, and if confirmed lost, you may choose either a refund or a replacement (with express shipping at no charge).
